Limón, August 2020. Grupo Acón donated 268 protection kits to the local Police Departments
“Grupo Acón has shown a vision of solidarity with the different institutions that are first line of defense against COVID-1 in our country” indicated Marilú Fernández Delgado – Grupo Acón Social Responsibility Department.
During the month of July, the company delivered the kits to the different departments located in the province of Limón (Roxana, Limbo, Ticabán, Río Jiménez, Siquirres and Matina) and in Boca Arenal de San Carlos.
The officer Jorge Vargas Arias from the Matina delegation expressed his gratitude to the company. “We thank Grupo Acón for donating the kits, which is very important for our police work in the communities.”
Grupo Acón, through its campaign, “We are in this together” invites its employees cand their families to take care of themselves to avoid the spread of Covid-19.
